You agree to: Use services for lawful purposes only, Not interfere with system operations or security, Provide accurate information during service requests. We reserve the right to deny or suspend service if misuse is detected.

3 –Products & Services

  • Some equipment is supplied by third-party vendors
  • Availability and pricing may change without notice
  • Technical recommendations are based on site assessments

IAMTEK does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party systems unless specified.

4 –Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure providers such as Flutterwave, commercial banks, mobile money.
  • Orders may be cancelled if payment is not completed.
  • Pricing may change before confirmation.

5 – Third-Party Services

  • Some services (e.g. solar, hardware supply) are fulfilled by partners
  • IAMTEK is not liable for third-party product defects
  • Clients must follow partner warranty terms
